GOVERNOR JIM WEEKS AWARDED FELLOWSHIP DEGREE BY MOOSE INTERNATIONAL!
Jim Weeks of Plymouth, our current Governor at the Plymouth Lodge,
recently attended the Moose International Convention in Nashville, TN, along with Sue Ellen Lincoln and Irene and Matt Thomas.
During Jim's time at the convention he was awarded the Moose Degree of Fellowship.
The Fellowship Degree is awarded to members who have demonstrated leadership ability by giving their time and effort to serve on various
Moose committees and by being a loyal, enthusiastic and active member
of their Lodge. The Fellowship Degree is the third of four degrees
that Moose members are eligible for. Members of the Fellowship Degree
are recognized throughout the Moose organization as fraternal leaders
who have earned the respect of their brother Moose members by service
to others.
Jimmy, a member of the Plymouth Lodge since 1999, has served as an
officer in our Lodge a number of times; he is currently active in the MA Moose on Bikes, an organization of men and women that ride motorcycles together and raise money for various charities.
As our members know, the Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization of men and women dedicated to caring for the young and old, bringing communities closer together and celebrating life. For information about the Moose fraternity, and the local Lodge in
Plymouth, check out this website, or call us at 508-224-2276.
Congratulations, Jimmy, on becoming the fourth Fellow in the 13 year history of our Lodge!
